I’m not able to pull in delivery date?

Delivery date is based on standard lead-time, you can push out delivery date but pulling it in from standard is considered ‘expedited’.

What if I need material delivered sooner than lead-time?  I need all/a portion of an existing order expedited?

I don’t see the item I need in the product list?

Check that you are logged into the correct site, if your company has multiple locations the product list may vary by location.

If you are in correct site and still don’t see a specific item you can reach out to materialfulfillment@shutterfly.com and/or your Shutterfly partner manager.

I need less than the minimum order quantity?

It’s possible the item you’re looking for is available in case quantities and the Portal is showing skid quantities.  You can reach out to materialfulfillment@shutterfly.com for confirmation on the smaller quantity & place your order directly via e-mail.

I’m unable to change delivery date in the cart?

You can only modify delivery date before adding item to cart.  If you need to update please use the trash can icon to delete item from cart and re-add with correct delivery date.

What if I forgot to add an item to the cart?

 If you are still in cart view you can use the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to return to item list.

What if I need to add another item to my order?

If you’ve already placed the order you will need to create a new order for additional items.  Once an order is placed it cannot be modified from the portal.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

If you’re still in the ‘Cart’ view you can delete the item with the trash can icon.  If you’ve already submitted the order please contact materialfulfillment@shutterfly.com and we will try to cancel.

What if I received the incorrect quantity, wrong material or received damaged material?
